Terms & Conditions
The Company is Responsible for only those services which are charged from the cab booker.All other services which are not paid by the traveler to the Company are suggested services and company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
If due to reasons beyond our control like Government order, security reason, riots, flood, accidents or any other natural or man-made calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. As if any passengers, has to leave the cab service & booking mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative, or illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.
If the passenger has any complaints regarding our service like taxis, cabs or any other transport, they are advised to inform immediately at +919419422699 so that the same be readdressed on the spot. No complaints or refund for the same be entertained after the travel programs & allotment of cabs.
Only postpaid sim card are working in jammu and Kashmir.
Booking Policy
Early cab booking or late check-out is subject to availability. The standard cab booking time is 1300hrs and the standard check-out time is 1200hrs
Cancellation Policy
- If Air Tickets have been booked by us, 100% of the ticket amount will be deducted if the fare is non-refundable.
- Within 60 Days prior to the arrival date of the Cab & Taxi Booking or other Transportation:: 25% Retention of the booking Cost.
- Within 15 Days prior to the arrival date of the Cab & Taxi Booking or other Transportation: 50% Retention of the bookin Cost.
- Within 7 Days prior to the arrival date of the Cab & Taxi Booking or other Transportation: 100% Retention of the booking Cost.
Child Policy
- 0 To 5 Years without seat Complimentary if managed on the lap and taken care of.
- Child above 5 to 12 years is Chargeable as per the seat allotment
